1. Delivery Commitment

At Darsh.pk, we are dedicated to delivering your favorite products as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with Pakistan’s leading logistics providers, including TCS and LCS, to ensure nationwide coverage and reliable service.

💰 2. Shipping Charges

• 🚀 Standard Shipping: A flat rate of PKR 250 applies to all orders under PKR 5,000.
• ✨ FREE Shipping: We offer FREE Delivery on all orders above PKR 5,000.
• 🎁 Promotional Offers: During sales, shipping charges may be waived as per the offer terms.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is confirmed, the estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2 to 3 working days.
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 6 working days.

*Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🔍 4. Order Tracking (Automated Updates)

We keep you informed at every step. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via email. You can track your parcel’s journey through the “Track Your Shipment” section in your Darsh.pk Account.

5. Delivery Process & Inspection

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the outer packaging or the security seal is tampered with or damaged, please DO NOT accept the parcel and inform us immediately.

6. Incorrect Address

In case of an incorrect address or if the customer is unavailable, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply for a second attempt.
