Hassle-Free 14-Day Guarantee at Darsh.pk
1. Overview
At Darsh.pk, we want you to love what you ordered. If the size doesnโt fit or you received a product that doesnโt meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 14-day Return & Exchange policy from the date of delivery.
๐ป 2. Automated Exchange Request (Account Menu)
We have simplified the exchange process through your personal dashboard:
- Log in to your Darsh.pk Account.
- Go to the โOrdersโ section in your account menu.
- Locate your delivered order and click the โRequest Exchangeโ button.
- Select the new size or different product you wish to receive.

3. Free Pickup & Drop-off (LCS & TCS Partnership) ๐
To ensure a smooth exchange, we have partnered with Pakistanโs leading couriers:
- Free Drop-off: You can drop off your exchange package at any authorized LCS or TCS courier center.
- Zero Charges: You will NOT be charged any shipping fees at the courier counter for approved exchange shipments. Simply provide your Approved Exchange ID.
โ 4. Conditions for Exchange
The item must fulfill the following:
- Product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached.
- The item must be in its original brand packaging.
- Customized jewelry or intimate apparel are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
5. Processing Time & Price Difference
Once your return passes quality inspection, your new item will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. You will receive a new tracking ID via email.
Price Difference: If the new item is of higher value, pay the difference via Bank Transfer/JazzCash. If lower, the balance will be refunded to your Darsh Wallet.
