Note on Official Records: Due to a clerical entry by the NADRA staff in Nawabshah (Shaheed Benazirabad), Sindh, my birthplace was incorrectly recorded as Nawabshah in the national database. However, I officially declare my actual place of birth as Chunian, Punjab.

I Javed Iqbal, as the sole owner and founder of the E-commerce platforms Darsh.pk, hereby solemnly declare my final will regarding the ownership and future of these assets:
  • Legal Heirs: I have two beloved daughters, Maryam Javed and Zoha Eman.
  • Transfer of Ownership: In the event of my passing, I declare that the entirety of my property, business assets, and ownership of these platforms shall be transferred solely to my daughters, Maryam Javed and Zoha Eman.
  • Financial Rights: All sources of income, revenue, and profits generated from these E-commerce platforms belong exclusively to them.
  • Legal & Religious Standing: This declaration is in accordance with the Laws of the Land and the sacred principles of Deen-e-Islam regarding inheritance and the rights of daughters.
  • Exclusive Rights: No other person, relative, or third party has any legal right, claim, or authority over these properties or the income derived from them. This statement stands as a final and binding declaration of my intent.
